The City and Park District
Residences at Park District is part of a larger, masterfully conceived development led by Trammell Crow Company in partnership with MetLife Investment Management. The towers were designed by HKS Architects, a firm recognized for shaping skyline-defining structures that balance performance, longevity, and design clarity. The result is a building that feels both modern and enduring, confident in its presence, yet responsive to its surroundings.
